Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to obtain information about student discipline development by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency as seen from 1) student disciplinary guidance by teachers through discipline, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance, 3) coaching student discipline by the teacher through guidance, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision.This study was a descriptive study. The total population in this study was 236 people. Samples were taken with Simple Random Samplingtechniquewith 70 people. The data collection tool used is a Likert scale model questionnaire with 5 alternative answers Questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula.The results of the study show that: 1) student discipline development by teachers through discipline is stated to be good with an average score of 3.69, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance is stated to be quite good with an average score of 3.52, 3) student disciplinary guidance by the teacher through guidance expressed either with an average score of 3.65, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment expressed both with an average score of 3.75, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision expressed well with an average score 3.75. Overall, Student Discipline Development by Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is 3, 76 in the good category. This indicates that the discipline of student discipline by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is good, but it still needs to be maintained and improved again so that it increases in the excellent category.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a learning model by using web-based moodle e-learning videos to support student learning outcomes in Computer subject. This research is motivated by the development of technology increasing rapidly, the demand for efficiency is increasing. Video e-learning media is a very good breakthrough, and demands for modernization in the world of education. The research method in this study was conducted using the R and D method. The study began with preparing teaching materials that were previously used, preparing teaching materials from the latest sources, collaborating old teaching materials with new teaching materials, reviewing instructional materials that have been compiled, refining materials teach according to directions, make video tutorials based on teaching materials, tutorial videos that have been uploaded to youtube, video links that have been uploaded on youtube are combined with e learning, the final step is done by perfecting the web-based e learning video teaching material by doing several test times , evaluating, and correcting as needed. <![CDATA[This study aims to obtain information about Teacher's Perception of the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at Vocational High School (SMK) 3 Padang which is viewed from aspects: input, process, and output. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all teachers at SMK 3 Padang, amounting to 86 people. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale with five alternative answers. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the mean formula. The results showed that: (1) Input Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang were in the good category with an average score of 4.09. (2) Process Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang are in the good category with an average score of 4.11. 3) Output Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang are in the good category with an average score of 4.07. Overall, the Application of Academic Management Information System at SMK 3 Padang is in a good category with an average score of 4.09.]]>

<![CDATA[Education must have a clear vision and mission to produce quality output and be able to be optimally oriented today. In order to achieve the desires of educational institutions that can produce quality output, the quality and results of educational institutions need to be organized within the institution, in which there must be definite management. In conducting observations carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is interview. The intended results are the results of the UAS in 2018 which are expected to be above SKL determined by schools and by 2020 and can reach an average of 7.5. The results of the UAS include a minimum score and an average of 3 subjects (Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Science) with a target of 100% graduation rate and top 5 ranking at the sub-district level. <![CDATA[This study aims to obtain information about teacher perceptions of ethical behavior of principals as supervisors at SDN in Nagari Balah Aie, Kec. VII Koto Sungai Sarik Kab. Padang Pariaman. Ethical behavior includes the characteristics related to personality and democratic supervisors expectations of all parties. The ethical behavior of principals as supervisors is very important in getting maximum supervision results. This type of research is a descriptive study with a population of 43 people. Thus this research is called population research. The results showed that the teacher's perception of the principal's ethical behavior as a supervisor was good with a score of 4.0. Viewed from the aspect of personality related to being in the good category with a score of 4.1. Furthermore, in the aspect of a democratic supervisor the expectations of all parties are also in the good category with a score of 3.9. As for what needs to be considered again is the attitude of sympathy for the teacher by providing assistance and asking in advance the obstacles faced by the teacher in learning. Then a firm and objective (impartial) attitude by giving sanctions and a firm attitude towards negligent teachers regardless of teacher status outside the school. Next is fair and honest attitude by not distinguishing supervision services between one teacher and another, and providing guidance in accordance with the needs of each teacher. Whereas in the sub-indicators know how to delegate tasks and responsibilities can be done by involving and entrusting the teacher in the successful implementation of supervision. Then by suggesting the teacher to share teaching experiences and always discuss the methods, sources and learning media]]>

Now, in Education, the lack of good cooperation between the school and parents to support the application of management information systems to improve quality of education. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The researcher use field research method that is qualitative research. The outcomes are that existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources, the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. And then, the role of parents is also important in implementing management information systems to improve the quality of education. SMP N 1 Talamau applies a specific strategy that utilizes information technology-based Management Information Systems, namely an information and consultation room that functions as a consultation center between the school and parents and gives access to parents to see the development of students' Academic values.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of e-report by teachers at High School (SMA) Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all teachers who served as civil servants totaling 70 people. While the sampling technique in this study uses a total sample with the number of samples equal to the population. The data collection technique is through questionnaires with Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the use of e-report by teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam can be said to be effective. This can be seen from the average score obtained per indicator which shows that the system quality indicator gets a score of 3.49 with a fairly effective category, the information quality indicator scores 3.74 with the effective category, the service quality indicator 3.79 with the category effective, usage satisfaction indicators get a score of 3.81 with effective categories, and profit indicators that get a score of 4.03 in the effective category. So the use of e-report by the teacher at SMA Negeri 1 of Ampek Angkek, Agam can be declared effective by getting an average score of 3.77.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain information about Teacher's Perception to increase of academic quality based of Management Information Systems at Elementary School 08 Batang Anai which is viewed from aspects: quality and management information system. This type of research is descriptive. The sample in this research were all teachers in SDN 08 Batang Anai, amounting to 11 peoples. Research method is qualitative descriptive. The data that has been collected by obsrvation and interview with the teachers and employee in that school. The result showed that: 1. Teacher's perception in improving the quality of education in SDN 08 Batang Anai is considered weak. The number of those who complained about being unable and lacking in expertise made the quality of education in these schools decline. 2. Teachers' perceptions in using the Management Information System in Schools are also considered weak. Some senior teachers who only rely on school operators make the information system not run smoothly as it should.]]>
